Digital Dealer and Aftermarket Conclave, an initiative of ET Auto, organised its 2016 edition under the theme “Leveraging Digital for Customer Acquisition and Retention” at Mumbai on 13 December 2016.
Supported by Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) and partnered by Lucas Indian Service, the event had participants from leading OEMs and dealers. At the event, Mr. S. Muralidharan, President, Lucas Indian Service and a veteran in aftermarket industry shared his views in the Panel Discussion on “Demonetization: Impact & Technological Preparedness for Aftermarket”.
“Digital World is gaining its momentum. If small garages and retailers get into this world and the companies that can help are going to gain. The early players who modernize the small garages and retailers will emerge as the long-term winners” he said.
